What Happens Next?

  1. Within 1 business day, we will contact you via e-mail to find out more about the documents you need notarized, where the person signing your documents is located, and the number of documents you need notarized and your deadline for notarizing them.
  2. We work directly with the person who will sign your documents (or with their agent or someone who knows them and can help schedule a video conference with the signor). The person signing the documents will need to have the documents in their possession.  As soon as we get in touch with them, we will plan the video conference so we can witness their signature on the documents and review their identification.
  3. After we witness the signing of the documents, we will instruct the signor to send the documents to us via overnight mail.
  4. We will then notarize the documents and send them to you.  The entire process takes less than 5 business days in most cases.

Cost of our Services

$595 for up to ten (10) signatures to be notarized.  Each additional signature is $50.  We also charge $79 for the overnight mail charge from Mexico to the USA to get the documents to us after we witness the signing.  Additionally, there is a $79 charge to overnight you the complete, notarized documents, for a total charge of $753.  (Please note, the $595 is comprised of a $10 per document charge for 10 documents and a $495 service fee for processing, for a total of $595 plus the two overnight mail charges, for a grand total of $753).  All charges are non-refundable.  We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  You will be sent an electronic invoice via e-mail and will then pay via credit card via our credit card processor’s secure payment system.
